Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a Raespira B2B account. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule, please contact our customer care on info@raespira.com.

Duties & Taxes

For out of European Union orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to Raespira.

Missing or Damaged Product

Did your package get damaged while its transportation? Please contact our customer care at info@raespira.com for assistance with missing or damaged items.

Return Policy
